This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you request a quote, place an order, subscribe or simply browse. It applies to this website and to email and WhatsApp conversations with our team.

What we collect

Enquiry and order data: name, email, phone, country, shipping address, ring size, the details of the piece you asked about.
Payment data: handled by our payment processors. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits; we never see or store full card numbers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the site you arrived from. Collected through server logs and, if you accept analytics cookies, through Google Analytics 4.
Correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages and photographs you send us.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and produce a quote.
To make, ship and support your order, including customs documentation.
To handle returns, repairs and warranty claims.
To improve the site — which pages are used, which searches return nothing.
To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. One click unsubscribes.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete the work: the carrier (name, address, phone), the payment processor, our email provider, and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your photographs or design files publicly without asking.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@holycome.com with the subject Data request and we will respond within 30 days. You can also object to analytics processing by declining cookies in the banner.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, cart-equivalent, CSRF protection) and, with consent, analytics cookies. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
