Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Holycome Jewelry Co., Ltd. through this website, by email or by WhatsApp. By placing an order you accept them. They are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to consumer rights you hold in your own country.

Quotes and prices

A quote is valid for 30 days. Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty, VAT and local handling fees. Metal prices move; if an order is placed more than 30 days after the quote, we may re-quote the metal component.

Deposits and payment

Custom work begins after a 50% deposit unless agreed otherwise. The balance is due before dispatch. CAD work, wax printing and stone sourcing are chargeable if you cancel after approving the CAD — we will always tell you the amount before starting.

Design approval

You approve the design twice: at CAD stage and at wax stage. Once you approve the wax, the dimensions, stone placement and metal weight are fixed. Changes after wax approval require a new casting and are charged as a remake. We keep a copy of every approved drawing and reference it in your order file.

Tolerances

Hand-finished jewelry is not injection moulded. We work to ±0.1 mm on band width, ±0.15 g on finished weight, and ±5% on total stone carat weight for pavé work. Stone color may vary slightly within the grade stated on the certificate. These tolerances are normal in the trade and are not defects.

Lead times

Lead times are estimates given in good faith and depend on your approvals arriving on time. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure, but we will keep you informed and, where possible, offer an alternative.

Intellectual property

Designs shown on this site remain our property. Buying a piece does not transfer the right to reproduce it. If you send us a design of your own, you confirm you have the right to have it made, and you keep ownership of that design — we will not resell it.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, and we are not responsible for damage caused by another jeweller, by accident, or by ordinary wear.

Governing terms

If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. Disputes should first be raised with us at service@holycome.com; we aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
