Shipping Policy

Processing times, carrier options, duties and tracking — in plain terms.

Everything we sell is made or finished to order, so shipping has two clocks: production and transit. This page describes both, and what happens if a parcel is late.

Processing time

In-stock and simply-sized items leave the workshop within 2–5 business days. Custom pieces follow the lead time stated on your quote — typically 12–18 business days after you approve the CAD, longer for hand engraving or matched stone sets.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on the next business day. Chinese public holidays (notably Chinese New Year, usually late January or February) add 5–10 days; we warn customers on the product page and by email when a holiday falls inside their lead time.

Shipping rates

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over US$99.
  • US$5.99 standard shipping on orders below US$99.
  • Express available for an additional US$30; transit 2–5 business days to most destinations.

Standard transit is approximately 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with trackable international services and hand the tracking number to you by email when the parcel leaves. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan — that is normal, not a lost parcel.

If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email service@holycome.com with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping charge. We declare parcels accurately; we do not under-declare values on request.

If a parcel is refused at customs, it is usually returned to us. In that case we refund the item value less the outbound shipping and any return freight charged by the carrier.

Addresses

For security, we cannot change the delivery address after an order is placed. Please check the address before submitting — especially apartment numbers and ZIP codes, which cause most failed deliveries. If the address is wrong, contact us immediately; if production has not started we can usually cancel and re-issue the order.

Lost, damaged or returned parcels

Every parcel ships insured. If it arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the piece before removing anything and email us within 48 hours. If tracking shows "returned to sender", it is almost always an incomplete address or a failed delivery attempt; we will reship at cost once the parcel is back with us.
